A temporary food establishment is one that operates:

  • At a fixed location for not more than 21 consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration, or
  • Not more than three days a week in conjunction with a farmers market or a recurring organized event.

Every temporary food establishment applicant must submit an application online or submit a paper application in person at our office (the paper application is only available at our office and must be submitted in-person).
